About the role:  Reporting to the Senior Engineering Supervisor, Processing, the Process Engineer is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and effectively implementing process improvement initiatives which improve production efficiency.   To be successful, we are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful leader with strong learning agility and with exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, who can effectively learn from and engage with professionals across departments and at varying levels of the organization; someone with strong attention to detail, problem-solving, troubleshooting, decision-making, analytical and organizational abilities. This position requires a flexible individual who can adapt to changing needs in fast-paced environment, and who can work with nominal supervision using a collaborative approach on a team that tackles complex and novel issues.
