● Perform pre- and post-launch QA: PDP completeness, correct imagery, pricing accuracy, variant availability, size charts, and merchandising placement
Reporting + merchandising support (GA4-informed)
● Run daily/weekly reports for the ecommerce lead: best sellers, low stock, size sell-through, inventory risk, new arrivals performance, category/collection summaries
● Support basic GA4 reporting needs (pulling standard reports, assisting with funnel snapshots, flagging anomalies to the senior)Assist with merchandising execution in Shopify: collection ordering, badges, featured placements, cross-sell collection maintenance
Automation hygiene (Flow + MESA)
● Understand key Shopify Flow and MESA automations and the required tags/metafields that power them
● QA that new products/tags/metafields align with automation rules; help troubleshoot exceptions

Success in the first 60–90 days
● Build a clean product setup process and “source of truth” sheet template for imports
