About the Role As a Center Director, you are the heart of your school community—guiding educators, partnering with families, and ensuring operational excellence. You’ll lead with both strategy and empathy, balancing business needs with a deep commitment to quality early childhood education. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of early childhood educators Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging center culture Ensure compliance with EEC regulations and company standards Partner with families to build trust and strong relationships Oversee enrollment, staffing, and center operations Champion curriculum implementation and continuous quality improvement What We’re Looking For Leadership experience in early childhood education (Director or Assistant Director level preferred) EEC Director 2 Certification or ability to obtain  Strong knowledge of EEC regulations and licensing requirements Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A growth mindset and passion for developing others Why Join Us?
