Director, Treasury & Capital Markets

This role is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and managing diverse funding channels, including securitizations, warehouse facilities, and other institutional capital sources. You will play a critical role in ensuring the company’s liquidity, balance sheet strength, and ability to scale responsibly, overseeing and deploying hundreds of millions of dollars in capital while working closely with executive leadership and external partners.   This is an onsite role based in San Diego, operating on a 3 days in-office / 2 days remote hybrid schedule. Given the nature of the role and its close partnership with executive leadership and external capital partners, regular in-person collaboration is essential.
