This team is responsible for growing the penetration of Paytm’s PA PG business in the Indian merchants.  About the role:  We are seeking a motivated DGM - Growth Management to join our team and drive performance marketing initiatives for onboarding new merchants to our payment gateway. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools like CleverTap, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing platforms. This role will focus on executing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing strategies to increase user acquisition and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of performance marketing campaigns Utilize marketing tools (e.g., CleverTap) to track and analyze campaign performance Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify growth opportunities Conduct A/B testing to optimize marketing strategies Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness.
