It also provides real-time analytics and insights to help businesses optimize their payment strategies.   About the role:  As a Senior Devops, you serve as the mentor and anchor for an engineering team. You create, own and are responsible for the Cloud & DevOps architecture that best serves a product in its functional and strategic needs.   Expectations/ Requirements: 1. Experience in AWS. 2.  A strong focus on automation and cloud-native thinking. A proven record of working within distributed infrastructures and experience in Cloud technology specifically AWS. 3.  Will be responsible for delivery of all the technical implementation as per the requests in JIRA for different self-hosted & managed resources on AWS in an automated fashion, using the best practices of DevOps, security & cost optimization. 4.  Own technical documentation for everything Cloud DevOps in Confluence. 5.  Plan and prioritize work for your team, including collaborating with cross border teams. 6.  Provide oversight and accountability for technical decisions. 7.  You will collaborate with Developers, Program Managers, QA and DevOps Engineers in an agile development environment. 8.  Constantly learn and grow as an engineer and an engine. 9.  Knowledge of Kubernetes concepts, like pods, services, deployments, and stateful sets. 10.  Experience with container runtimes like Docker and containers. 11.  Familiarity with Kubernetes networking, including CNI plugins, ingress controllers, and service meshes. 12.  Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools, such as Helm, Kustomize, Argocd and Terraform. 13.  Ability to set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for Kubernetes clusters. 14.  Understanding of Kubernetes security best practices, like RBAC, network, and pod security policies. Superpowers that will help you succeed in the role: 1.  Computer Sc. engineering graduate with 3+ years of relevant work experience in AWS, DevOps & team management. 2.  Extremely knowledgeable on Linux, Shell Scripting, AWS core services (VPC, EC2 S3 IAM, RDS), Amazon EKS/Kubernetes, GIT, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana. 3.  Strong operating system fundamentals with a focus on performance optimization & reliability of the system. 4.  Has exposure to networking concepts (SSH, FTP, TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, CDN etc. ) 5.  Good to have experience working with distributed systems & databases (SQL, NoSQL, Cache), stream-processing (Kafka), message-queuing (RabbitMQ) & search & analytics platform (ELK). 6.  Hands on experience building microservices architecture, applying design patterns and developing frameworks 7.  Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers  8.  Consistent track record for solution delivery, quality improvements, champion for agile scrum adoption. 9.  Have a strong focus on business outcomes 10. Comfortable with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders 11. Self-motivated and can get things done  12. Have a strong knowledge of threading, concurrency, scaling, and high availability. 13.  Have a desire to build products that users love 14.  Stay current with new and evolving technologies via formal training and self-directed education 15. AWS Solution Architect / Professional certified a plus.
