This leader will sit at the intersection of commercial growth, strategic advisory, and subject matter expertise, helping clients transform how they operate across R&D, clinical development, and adjacent functions. A key focus area will include advancing modern approaches to operational acceleration - including clinical trial execution specifically and the R&D-to-Commercial value chain more broadly - to enable sponsors to streamline their operating models, take greater ownership of people, process, technology, and data, and unlock measurable improvements in speed, quality, and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate is a credible enterprise operations transformation leader with deep experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformations through the application of automation, artificial intelligent, and data-driven technologies — someone who has led and delivered end-to-end operational transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability of operations across functions such as clinical development, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial operations for clients within life sciences, and who can engage as a trusted peer with client technology, business and transformation leaders – with the ability to shape operating model strategy and drive execution at scale, strong executive presence, life sciences domain expertise, and a track record of driving offerings and team development. They are passionate about the role automation, AI, and data-driven decision-making play in enabling enterprise-wide operational transformation and sustained performance improvement to deliver faster innovation and better patient outcomes. As a Senior Leader at Point B, you will contribute to building and maturing the Intelligent Operations practice within the Life Sciences vertical, including establishing delivery standards, developing offerings, growing the expertise of the team, and driving coherence across how Point B delivers complex transformation work to clients. You will also deliver high-impact work alongside clients, develop and mentor others, and grow a portfolio of business through credibility-first engagement, thought leadership, solution development, and cultivation of new and existing client relationships.
