Production Supervisor - Morning Shift

Role:   The Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day planning, coordination, and execution of production activities across Tray Pack, IQF, Fresh Pack and upstream production operations throughout the plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations. This role provides on-shift leadership during evening operations and is accountable for achieving production targets, yields, quality standards, labour efficiency, and food safety requirements within a unionized manufacturing environment. The position works closely with the Afternoon Shift Production Manager and Shipping Supervisor and acts as a primary decision-maker during the evening shift, ensuring continuity between production, sanitation, inventory, and shipping readiness.   Schedule: 10:30 AM Start
