Role: The Senior Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily production operations through personal interaction with plant employees and supervisors. This role ensures the production process runs smoothly and that floor response to immediate problems are managed in an efficient and effective manner.  This role delegates authority to key supervisors in production and will collaborate closely with all functions involved to optimize processes, improve productivity, and maintain the highest standards for the processing plant. PRIORITY: Develop a cohesive, competent team, managing and overseeing plant activities to maximize the stewardship, humane handling, safety, continuous improvement, quality, food safety and productivity of our plant.
