TX aims to expand the scope of robotics activities beyond the factory floor and transform the fundamental nature of labor society.   Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate Planning & Strategy Lead to drive the company’s next stage of growth. This role sits at the intersection of corporate strategy, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and future investor relations (IR) as the company prepares for a potential IPO in the coming years. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, financial planning, fundraising and investor relations. This position requires strong analytical capability, business acumen, complex financial modeling and bilingual communication skills in Japanese and English.
