Backed by Falfurrias Management Partners, the platform brings together deep domain expertise across Army, Navy, and Air Force and Space Force programs, digital engineering, systems integration, and specialized manufacturing capabilities.   The combined organization operates as a multi-entity aerospace and defense technology and tech-enabled services and manufacturing enterprise positioned for scalable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.    OVERVIEW  Full-time/Permanent Employee   Location: Remote – National Capitol Region   Travel: 50% Travel     As a Business Development/Capture Manager VII, you will play a strategic role in expanding the company’s footprint in the defense and aerospace Products and Manufacturing marketplace. The Senior Growth Professional – Product, Manufacturing and Engineering is responsible for driving strategic growth across productized solutions and manufacturing capabilities within the Aerospace and Defense market. This role leads Opportunity identification, development, and capture efforts aligned to Aerospace and defense OEM priorities, with a focus on scalable, repeatable solutions that integrate technical solutions, manufacturing, and mission delivery.  This individual operates at the intersection of Growth, Technology, and Delivery—ensuring alignment between customer needs, technical capabilities, and executable solutions. Your role will involve acting as a liaison with OEM’s, government agencies and offices, ensuring the company remains competitive and aligned with evolving market needs. You will be responsible for developing win strategies, leading capture efforts, and overseeing the creation of proposals, whitepapers, and technical demonstrations. Your ability to attract and secure major new business will be instrumental in shaping the company’s future direction and success.    The proposed salary range for this position is $170,644 -$210,000. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
