E01-C07 F-16 Maintenance Supervisor

Backed by Falfurrias Management Partners, the platform brings together deep domain expertise across Army, Navy, and Air Force and Space Force programs, digital engineering, systems integration, and specialized manufacturing capabilities.        The combined organization operates as a multi-entity aerospace and defense technology and tech-enabled services and manufacturing enterprise positioned for scalable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.    OVERVIEW  Full-time/Permanent Employee   Location: Hollywood, MD Aether Aerospace has a contract to provide sustainment services for the VENOM Autonomy Kit (VAK) on six F-16C aircraft at Eglin AFB. The VAK was designed and installed by an Aether Aerospace team.  The Maintenance Supervisor will lead and oversee avionics, electrical, and structural maintenance, repair, and inspection activities of the VAK components.  The supervisor will direct a team of avionics and structural technicians, ensure adherence to technical standards, and collaborate with local USAF maintenance teams to maintain the aircraft in flying condition.  This role requires extensive experience with military aircraft maintenance and a proven background supervising teams performing complex maintenance activities.  The proposed salary range for this position is $120,000. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
