Backed by Falfurrias Management Partners, the platform brings together deep domain expertise across Army, Navy, and Air Force and Space Force programs, digital engineering, systems integration, and specialized manufacturing capabilities.        The combined organization operates as a multi-entity aerospace and defense technology and tech-enabled services and manufacturing enterprise positioned for scalable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.    OVERVIEW  Full-time/Permanent Employee   Location: Hollywood, MD Our client has an immediate opening for several Senior/Mid-level Systems Engineers. The positions are located at CTSi headquarters in Southern Maryland in support of multiple aircraft avionics integration efforts. This is a highly technical position that is customer facing, will require international travel, and requires a high level of initiative. The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate system design information to a large spectrum of engineering disciplines, as well as customers at all leadership levels. The preference is the successful candidates would be willing to work full time in St. Mary’s County, Maryland, however, under the right circumstance, consideration for the possibility of remote work will be considered.   The proposed salary range for this position is $100,000 - $175,000. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
