You'll work closely with clients and internal teams, balancing competing priorities while keeping projects on track financially and operationally. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where your communication and leadership skills matter just as much as your project management chops. ✈️ This role involves periodic travel to client sites across the US and Canada. You'll need to be able to travel freely between both countries. We evaluate candidates against our PM I-III competency framework throughout the process, so we can ensure the right leveling based on your experience. We typically hire at the PM I and PM II levels, though we do bring on PM IIIs when candidates bring direct utility industry experience to the table.
