Reporting to UX Manager Antonella Espinoza, you’ll lead design for SpryCIS -  our enterprise utility billing and customer information system -  owning a set of squads and working in triads with product owners and engineers to deliver intuitive user experiences.  Design is still finding its place on the SpryCIS team, but the appetite is real, and the seat is yours. You’ll be expected to lead: within your triads, with your stakeholders, and in showing the team what’s possible when designers are in the room shaping solutions from the start.
