What You'll Do
Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule appointments and follow up on service needs
Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting Allied Experts’ services and solutions
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in company databases
Communicate effectively with dispatch and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Meet performance goals in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
What We're Looking For
Previous customer service, call center, or dispatch experience preferred
Strong communication and active listening skills
Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
Sales experience or the ability to confidently recommend services is a plus
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to remain professional and positive in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and team-first attitude
Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred but not required
