What You'll Do Schedule and dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently throughout the day Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional customer service Make outbound calls to schedule service appointments and follow up with customers Coordinate with technicians and management to maximize productivity and revenue opportunities Monitor daily schedules and make adjustments as needed throughout the day Review service tickets and ensure proper billing and documentation Maintain accurate customer records and service history Assist with customer concerns and help ensure a positive customer experience Support the team in achieving company goals and performance metrics What We're Looking For 1+ years of dispatching experience preferred in a residential home services setting Service Titan knowledge 3+ years of customer service experience HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mentality Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software Desire to grow professionally and build a long-term career Why Join Carter's?
