Managers oversee client accounts which includes being responsible for client communications and ensuring that the engagement is executed by team members in accordance with its scope.   Additionally, Managers are responsible for delegating duties to Senior Accountants, Staff and Interns. They review their work and providing them with the necessary supervision and training. Managers also perform business development functions and are involved with prospective client proposals.
