Together, we foster a supportive, collaborative and transparent environment, collectively working toward the singular goal of continuously doing better.       Scope: A Project Manager within RecordPoint is pivotal in driving a positive customer experience, customer success and long-term partnerships. This role entails managing the overall relationship with assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery that exceeds expectations. Reporting to our VP of Customer Experience, the Project Manager will be instrumental in both maximising client value from the platform and achieving our customer’s strategic objectives with RecordPoint. This is a short term 3-4 months full time contract.
