The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Inspection Specialist responsible for conducting residential property inspections across approximately 800 homes in our New Braunfels and Seguin markets. This role plays a critical part in protecting property assets, documenting property conditions, identifying maintenance and safety concerns, and delivering clear, actionable repair recommendations that support efficient property management operations and informed owner decisions. This is a dynamic field-based position that requires strong organizational skills, professional communication, and the ability to manage inspection reporting accurately and efficiently within AppFolio and CRM platforms. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently both in the field and in an office environment. What We Offer Location | New Braunfels, TX, Seguin, TX Hourly Rate | $15.00 Inspection Completion Incentive | $25.00 per completed inspection Benefits-Eligible Full-Time Equivalent Role PTO (Sick)   *Part time role, 32 hours per week. This role will require daily travel across our New Braunfels and Seguin territories and work in our New Braunfels office. A company vehicle will be available for use.*
