Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, clean, and service PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Reinstall, upgrade, and configure operating systems in alignment with company security standards and best practices.
• Provision, configure, and deploy new IT equipment efficiently, following internal IT policies and onboarding procedures.
• Prepare devices for onboarding, securely process equipment for offboarding, and ensure proper data sanitization.
• Track IT assets, maintain accurate inventory records, and provide regular reports on asset status.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and peripheral issues in a timely manner.
• Implement and monitor system security and compliance standards, ensuring all devices meet Birdseye’s policies.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve provisioning processes.
• Recommend and assist in the procurement of IT equipment, software, and tools to maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain documentation for IT procedures, asset management, and troubleshooting guidelines.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in PC, laptop, and peripheral hardware maintenance and repair.
• Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and MacOS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to IT security and compliance protocols.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous equipment deployments efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to preventing IT issues.
