The Opportunity Threat Tec is seeking an experienced MCTP HST Opposing Force Special Operations Work Area Commander to support the Mission Command Training Program in the planning and execution of Warfighter Exercises, Mission Rehearsal Exercises, Seminars, and After-Action Review development. In this role, you will apply your military expertise, creativity, problem-solving ability, and operational storytelling skills to help improve organizational mission performance across the defense training environment. You understand that preparing military organizations for the unforeseen requires realistic scenarios, doctrinally sound planning, and the ability to create conditions that challenge commanders and staffs to make faster, smarter, data-informed decisions. As the Opposing Force Special Operations Work Area Commander, you will serve as part of a team supporting Warfighter Exercise rotations. You will assist the World Class Opposing Forces and OPFOR Support Division with the preparation of OPFOR orders, simulation control plans, scenario products, and other contract deliverables in support of the Mission Command Training Program. You will also participate, as required, in Joint Exercise Lifecycle planning events and work side-by-side with exercise planners, command post staffs, and simulation operators to plan and execute MCTP exercise rotations.
