Bellwether is privately held and has offices in Los Angeles, Newport Beach, Salt Lake City, London and Dallas.  Overview The Senior Analyst, Portfolio Management (Torchlight) will support the Torchlight Asset Management Team, which is responsible for overseeing the private real estate debt and equity investments in Torchlight’s fund businesses, which include assets throughout the U.S. in office, retail, multifamily, hospitality, and industrial asset classes.   The Senior Analyst, Portfolio Management (Torchlight) role is a unique opportunity for someone eager to play an integral role in producing highly leveraged and impactful analytical reports. The individual will interact with multiple stakeholders while gaining exposure to various asset classes and fundraising and marketing initiatives.
