The Clinical Supervisor - Therapy is responsible for ensuring that patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately.  They serve as the first point of contact for field clinicians to ensure support is easily accessible in a timely fashion. The Clinical Supervisor-Therapy is responsible for ensuring that care and services are delivered appropriately as well as the supervision of clinical personnel. This is a leadership position that is responsible for the oversight of clinicians providing patient care to patients in their place of residence.   This is a hybrid of field work and on site based at 21HHS office:   2 Days in the Sacramento Office 3 days in the field: 15 patients visits each week (supervisory visits of field clinicians)   Coverage Area: Sacramento/Placer and Yolo Counties
