About the Team and the Role BLB&G is looking for an entrepreneurial Associate to join the firm’s Corporate Governance litigation practice.  In this role you will represent investors and work towards the goal of achieving governance reforms at public companies which will in turn increase market transparency, hold wrongdoers accountable and protect the shareholder franchise.  Our Corporate Governance team has a strong track record of precedent-setting outcomes over the last two decades and has successfully combated unfair deals, created billions of dollars in increased shareholder value, addressed self-dealing and executive compensation issues in the boardroom and executive suite, and successfully challenged harassment and discrimination in the workplace, setting governance models for companies as they move forward.
