We're looking for a Head of Strategy who brings a clear point of view, knows how to work at the executive level, and can turn emerging capabilities into practical operating models that teams can actually run. We're not just building campaigns; we're building a better way to do this work.  The Opportunity This is a high-visibility leadership role that sits at the center of ContinuumGlobal's evolution. You'll partner closely with our Head of AI, Data and Analytics, who brings depth in data, modeling, and technical execution. You'll lead the strategic narrative, the operating model design, and the client-facing vision. Together, you'll define what AI-enabled marketing looks like in practice and ensure it's both visionary and implementable. You'll also play a key role in shaping the roadmap for our Smart Marketing Engine, ensuring it aligns with real client needs and how marketing organizations are actually changing.   What You'll Own
