We are looking for ambitious and passionate individuals who enjoy building relationships with clients to join our quickly growing team and lead the movement together!   About the Position:   As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Surglogs you are responsible for developing and maintaining long-term business relationships with our clients. This starts by deeply understanding the customer’s priorities, followed by onboarding and training that ensures they are receiving value from Surglogs’ software. The CSM is expected to educate their customers on new features and best practices, monitor utilization, and identify upsell and expansion opportunities. This position requires extensive knowledge of Surglogs’ software and requires the individual to be able to adapt quickly to changes in processes as well as possess strong relationship building skills.
