This is a customer-facing engineering role, combining Python development, AI implementation, LLMs, RAG pipelines, integrations, and scalable deployments. You won’t just support customers — you’ll build, optimize, and deploy AI systems in production.   What You'll Do Build and deploy AI solutions using Python, LLMs, and Agentic AI Implement and optimize RAG pipelines and AI workflows Design integrations and custom tools for enterprise customers Improve performance, reduce latency, and optimize AI systems Build streaming pipelines and scalable architectures Configure AI agents and troubleshoot production issues Work closely with customers to solve real-world operational problems Contribute directly to the core platform and product improvements   Required Skills 4+ years of hands-on Python experience (FastAPI preferred) Experience with LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks Understanding of RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and AI agents Experience with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Customer-facing experience with implementations or solutions engineering is a plus Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Vector DBs)   Nice to Have Experience with Agentic AI systems Exposure to streaming systems (Kafka, Kinesis) Knowledge of RAG optimization and vector databases Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or enterprise integrations   What Great Looks Like We’re looking for engineers who: Take ownership end-to-end Love solving ambiguous problems Build AI systems beyond demos into production Think deeply about performance, scalability, and customer impact   Perks & Benefits Competitive salary + equity + performance bonuses Comprehensive health insurance Flexible hybrid work environment Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI with global customers   If you’re passionate about building real-world AI systems that solve complex enterprise challenges, we’d love to hear from you.
