Position Summary:
We are seeking an experiencedEnhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) Product Owner to support a federal government healthcare program focused on improving digital enrollment experiences through third-party direct enrollment pathways. The Product Owner will lead product strategy, delivery, and continuous optimization of EDE capabilities that enable consumers to apply for and enroll in coverage seamlessly through approved partner entities.
This role requires deep experience in regulated healthcare environments, strong Agile product ownership skills, and a proven track record of managing workflows that are manual and tool based. Needs to be able to train users on new tools including knowledge of change management tactics while working with teams embedded in the work.
