'26-'27 Assistant Principal - Instruction (Applicant Pool)

While we may not have an immediate vacancy, we review applications on a rolling basis and reach out as roles become available.   Reporting Relationships The Assistant Principal - Instruction will report to the Principal. At the Principal’s discretion, the Assistant Principal will be assigned to supervise other school-based faculty and staff members.   The Instructional Specialist will provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to educators to improve inclusive practices, language acquisition programs, literacy instruction, and teacher retention strategies. This role will focus on implementing evidence-based instructional strategies that support diverse learners, including students with exceptional needs and English learners, ensuring equitable access to high-quality education. The Instructional Specialist will collaborate with educators, administrators, and stakeholders to build capacity, enhance instructional effectiveness, and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. As an administrator and key member of the school leadership team, this role also supervises staff and provides strategic input on school wide initiatives.
