Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead construction projects from concept through completion. If you are detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and passionate about building successful outcomes — we want to hear from you.   What You’ll Do     Lead projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget targets are met. • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, cost projections, and execution plans. • Oversee contracts, subcontracts, and change orders, ensuring compliance with company and client standards. • Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and labor to keep projects on track. • Serve as the primary liaison to clients, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders. • Partner closely with superintendents to monitor field operations, maintain safety standards, and ensure quality control. • Proactively identify risks and implement effective solutions to keep projects moving. • Provide consistent progress reporting to leadership and clients. • Lead project closeout, including punch lists, documentation, and final handover.
