Your Mission The Security & Compliance Lead/Facility Security Officer (“FSO”) manages, administers and coordinates the industrial security program and other security activities to ensure compliance with government regulations and Company security policies and procedures to maintain the Company’s Facility Security Clearance.  This position is integral in ensuring the effective implementation of the Company’s DoD Foreign Owned Control and Influence (“FOCI”) mitigation agreement, including the protection of classified and controlled-unclassified information, including serving providing support to the Technology Control Officer in the protection of export-controlled information.
