The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. Having the ability and comfort in analyzing business needs and translating them into systemized processes is critical. Ideal candidates will be empathetic, highly collaborative, and enjoy working with the Salesforce Platform.
