We are currently looking for a talented CRM Optimization Executive to join us.

 

Key Responsibilities: 


  • Support the execution of the CRM campaigns, including bonus configuration, segmentation of target audiences, and implementation of customer lifecycle communications. 
  • Cooperate with internal teams, including CRM, content, and copywriters, to ensure consistency. 
  • Propose improvements to the CRM campaigns to increase their effectiveness across all channels. 
  • Test new bonuses, lifecycles ,mission and tournaments to confirm that their configuration is up to standard. 

Requirements: 



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1-3 years’ experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills. 
  • Analytical mindset with strong knowledge in Excel and Basic SQL.
  • Collaborative mindset and critical thinking skills. 
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry will be considered an asset.
