Description du poste

Intégré·e à notre communauté Smart Cloud, vous accompagnez nos clients pour garantir la disponibilité, la performance et l’évolution de leurs applications. 

Qualifications

En tant qu’Ingénieur Microsoft 365, vous intervenez chez nos clients pour concevoir, déployer et maintenir des solutions basées sur l’écosystème Microsoft.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Administrer et maintenir les environnements Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Participer aux projets de migration vers Microsoft 365 (depuis on-premise ou autres solutions cloud)
  • Gérer les identités via Azure AD (Entra ID), SSO, MFA
  • Mettre en œuvre les politiques de sécurité et de conformité
  • Assurer le support N2/N3 et le troubleshooting
  • Rédiger la documentation technique et accompagner les utilisateurs

Vous ?

  • Vous avez une expérience significative sur Microsoft 365,
  • Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de :
    • Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint
    • Azure AD / Entra ID
    • PowerShell (automatisation)
  • Vous avez des connaissances en sécurité (Conditional Access, DLP, etc.) appréciées
  • Vous avez un bon relationnel, sens du service et esprit d’équipe
  • Vous disposez d’une autorisation de travail valide en France.

  • Formation : Bac +5 (école d’ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire).
  • Langues : Anglais obligatoire (lu, parlé, écrit).
  • Mobilité : IDF
  • Contrat : CDI
