Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Developer skilled in React Native for our teams in Lagos, Nigeria. The mid-senior level Mobile Developer will work with graphic designers and the product team, assisting the team in the development and maintenance of our core mobile application. The React Native developers will make visualizations that can render huge quantities of data.

You will collaborate with other team members to give our users the best experience in using our solution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with development teams and designers to develop mobile applications that run on numerous platforms

• Using React Native, design and develop user interface components for JavaScript-based online mobile apps.

• Troubleshoot issues and improve users' performance

• Write reusable, effective, as well as scalable JavaScript code and create interchangeable modules

• Understand clients’ needs to build apps in stipulated time/budget

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the fintech and technology industry

• 3+ years of experience in a position performing mobile software development using React Native.

• Familiarity with JavaScript

• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS

• In-depth knowledge of React.js and its fundamentals

• Knowledge of UI/UX designs and wireframes

• Understands the process of new mobile application development and has the ability to apply these concepts with minimal mentoring and supervision.

• Must have the ability to learn to provide support & maintenance for simple to complex mobile software applications.

• Adaptable to change.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Multi-tasking abilities
