The Opportunity

We’re seeking a patient‑focused Dentist to join the team on a part‑time basis, working Fridays and Saturdays. This role would suit a clinician who enjoys variety in their day, values long‑term patient relationships, and wants the reassurance of walking into a practice where the demand is already there.

You’ll step into a well‑established book, supported by an experienced practice team and strong systems that allow you to focus on dentistry rather than logistics.

Job Description

Strathpine offers a well‑established, diverse patient base with a balanced mix of families, long‑term locals and working professionals. Clinically, the demand spans preventative, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, supported by a blend of loyal returning patients and steady new‑patient flow.

Patients are value‑conscious but receptive to well‑explained treatment, and the local community is multicultural, with English the primary language spoken in practice.

Facilities & Support

You’ll work in a modern, well‑equipped 8‑chair practice with intraoral cameras in every surgery, an OPG, surgical handpieces, comprehensive surgical instrumentation, and a Wave system with two rotary endo units.

Practice Culture & Support

You’ll be supported by an experienced clinical and admin team, alongside the broader Abano Healthcare network, including Clinical Advisory, Abano University learning pathways, peer support and operational backing, so you can focus on delivering great dentistry.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Full working rights in Australia
• Strong communication skills and patient‑centered mindset
• Interest in building long‑term patient relationships
• Commitment to quality dentistry and professional growth
