Job Description

The Learning Content Specialist develops, standardizes, and scales learning content that brings programs to life across multiple audiences. Working from blueprints defined by Learning Program Managers and design requirements provided by Learning Consultants, this role transforms ideas into polished, engaging assets. Specialists ensure content is accurate, consistent, accessible, and reusable, applying learning science and modern production methods to maximize impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop learning content across multiple modalities (SCORM courses, videos, job aids, knowledge base articles).

  • Create content that supports onboarding, compliance, product adoption, and role-specific enablement across audiences.

  • Apply learning science principles to design assets that drive engagement, retention, and real-world application.

  • Maintain and enforce content standards, templates, and style guidelines.

  • Ensure accessibility, brand consistency, and SCORM/LMS compliance.

  • Repurpose and modularize content for reuse across teams, learning modes, and formats.

  • Innovate content production using AI tools, modular design, and automation to improve efficiency.

  • Partner with Program Managers to ensure content aligns with program outcomes and measurable success criteria.

  • Collaborate with Learning Consultants to refine and scale pod-specific assets for broader use.

  • Incorporate learner analytics and feedback into iterative improvements of content.

  • Oversee the management and quality assurance of content translation from English into approved localized languages.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Education/Knowledge: Degree or certificate in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field; or equivalent hands-on experience.

  • Content Development Skills: Demonstrated ability to create high-quality training content in multiple formats (SCORM, video, guides, articles).

  • Learning Science Knowledge: Familiarity with evidence-based design principles for engagement, accessibility, and retention.

  • Technical Skills: Experience with content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, LEAi, Clueso, Google Vids, Davinci) and LMS packaging standards.

  • Quality & Standards: Strong eye for consistency, accessibility, and attention to detail.

  • Collaboration: Ability to partner effectively with Program Managers and Learning Consultants to align content with outcomes.

  • Innovation Mindset: Interest in exploring AI tools, automation, and modular approaches to scale production.

  • Experience Level: 1–3 years in content development, eLearning, or instructional design preferred; recent graduates with a strong portfolio will be considered.
