Export Control Laws:

Unless explicitly notified otherwise, our vacancies are covered by Export Control Laws which require candidates to be from an "Export Safe" Country as deemed by the Japanese Government.
The countries are as follows: 
Japan, Germany, Australia, Argentina, Italy, USA, France, Netherlands, UK, Austria, Ireland, Czech, Spain, Greece Canada, New Zealand, Belgium, Bulgaria, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Finland, Luxembourg, Portugal, Denmark Hungary and Poland.

• Develop the mission and system design of the spacecraft including but not limited to requirements derivation and CONOPS definition. 
• Perform modeling, simulation, analysis, and optimization in mission design, orbital maneuvers, and orbit estimation. 
• Support trade studies required for systematic and architectural development. 
• Develop of mission analysis, planning and execution of software (Flight Dynamics Software). 
• Real-time operations of the spacecraft including but not limited to flight dynamics operations, maneuver planning, execution, and assessment. 
• Coordinate with TechLead, Space/Ground System Lead, Subsystem lead, and Project Manager. 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mission design, mission analysis, flight dynamics or orbital operations. 
  Working knowledge with flight dynamics tools such as FreeFlyer or STK. 
• Familiarity with the standards and approaches of the space industry.  
• Flexibility to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment, and able to work in an agile manner. o Excellent communication skills (written and oral). 
• Japanese: Business level 
• Comfortable using English in a business environment

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mission design, mission analysis, flight dynamics or orbital operations. 
• Knowledge of space debris, space situational awareness, rendezvous, docking, proximity operations and/or formation flying. 
• Proficiency with programming languages/tools such as C++, Python, Matlab 
• Knowledge of past missions of relevance: RemoveDebris, CleanSpace / ESA projects e.g. e.DeOrbit, DEOS, ATV, ETS-7. 
• Proficiency in English (TOEIC 800+).  

<職務内容　活動/役割・責任>

• ミッション＆システム エンジニアリング (CONOPS Concept of Operation) の定義、 要求定義を含む 、 宇宙機のミッションおよびシステム設計 を実施する。 
• ミッション設計、軌道マニューバ、軌道決定のモデリング、シミュレーション、諸解析、最適化等の実施。 
• システムやアーキテクチャ設計のトレードスタディの支援 。 
• ミッション解析、 計画・設計 、 実施 ソフトウェア (Flight dynamics software) の開発 。 
• 実運用：フライトダイナミクス、マニューバ 計画・設計 、 実施、評価 。 
• テックリード、宇宙/地上システムリード、サブシステムリードおよびプロジェクトマネジャーと密接 に 協力する。 

<必須条件> 

• ミッション設計、ミッション解析、フライトダイナミクス、軌道運用の経験が3年以上あること 
• FreeFlyerやSTKなどのフライトダイナミクスツールに関する実務知識 
• 宇宙業界の標準やアプローチに精通していること。 
• ペースの速い環境に柔軟に適応し、機敏に業務を遂行できること 
• 日本語がビジネスレベルであること 
• ビジネスでの英語使用に抵抗ないこと

<望ましい条件> 

• ミッション設計、ミッション分析、フライトダイナミクス、軌道運用の経験が5年以上あること 
• スペースデブリ、宇宙状況認識、ランデブー、ドッキング、近接運用および／または編隊飛行に関する知識 
• C++、Python、Matlabなどのプログラミング言語／ツールに習熟していること 
• 関連性のある過去のミッションに関する知識： RemoveDebris、CleanSpace、ESAプロジェクト（DeOrbit、DEOS、ATV、ETS-7など） 
• 英語力（TOEIC800点以上）
