Job Description

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is mainly responsible for managing and developing key-accounts and improving the results of the key accounts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and develop key accounts, driving growth and improving results.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales objectives.
  3. Negotiate annual agreements, pricing, and promotional plans with clients.
  4. Monitor client profitability and manage budgets for maximum ROI.
  5. Ensure strong in-store execution and activation of products.
  6. Collaborate with international teams on annual planning and local market insights.

For this role as a Key Account Manager, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience: 

University degree :- Business management or relevant

Must have:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Key Account Management.
  • FMCG experience, preferably in an international environment.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Energetic, passionate, and agile, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
