Descrizione del lavoro

Le risorse selezionate si occuperanno di:
- preparazione di sushi ed altri prodotti alimentari giapponesi
- confezionamento
- pulizia corner
- stoccaggio merci
- promozione prodotti

Qualifiche

Requisiti ideali:
- Abilità nel taglio del pesce
- Conoscenza delle tecniche di preparazione e confezionamento sushi, in particolare: cottura e lavorazione del riso, assemblaggio sushi, cura nella preparazione
- Conoscenza delle normative igienico-sanitarie
- Capacità di tenere pulito il piano di lavoro

Completano il profilo doti di affidabilità, flessibilità e organizzazione

Preferibile esperienza nel settore della gastronomia

Possibilità di formazione e crescita.

Orario: part-time. 24, 30 o 35 ore settimanali. Esempi di turni possibili: 06:00 - 11:00 / 08:00 - 12:00 / 16:00 - 20:00. Idealmente lavoro su 6 giorni settimanali, con un giorno di riposo
