Job Description

About the assignment:
ā€¢ Performing daily chemical testing according to test instructions and related quality requirements.
ā€¢ Perform heavy metal testing, including sample check, digestion and equipment analysis.
ā€¢ Learn and be familiar with the requirement of regulations and IKEA specifications.
ā€¢ Proficient in using LIMS system and completing the test result input.
ā€¢ Responsible for the operation and daily maintenance of inorganic chemical instruments including ICP-OES, DMA-80, Microwave digestion system, etc.
ā€¢ Assist in developing new testing methods.
ā€¢ Complete other tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualifications

ā€¢ College degree or above with major in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/ Environment/Materials/ Biology/ Pharmacy.
ā€¢ With relevant chemical testing & analysis especially ICP will be preferred.
ā€¢ A quick learner and willing to learn new technology.
ā€¢ Positive thinking, detail-oriented, responsible and teamwork spirit.
ā€¢ Self-motivator, customer focus, good communication skill.
ā€¢ Good English capability both in reading and writing.
