Teacher

The Children's Center is seeking a nurturing, energetic, and dependable Toddler Teacher to support the developmental needs of young children. This role is responsible for creating a structured yet engaging classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
• Support children’s social-emotional growth and model positive behavior guidance strategies
• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with early childhood development principles
• Communicate regularly and professionally with families regarding children’s progress and daily activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom in accordance with licensing and company standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in care and instruction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (Required)
• Prior experience working with toddlers or in an early childhood setting (Required)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
