Job Summary:
Prepolishing the outside of ring removing top surface of roughness using a cloth and felt wheel and trip compound
Essential Job Functions:
- Polish outside of rings removing top surface of roughness using trip compound on a cloth or felt wheel
- Use hand motor for small areas of polishing
- Soak rings in wash tank to loosen compound
- Clean and remove compound off rings with steamer and air hose
- Verify and Sort rings to match-up orders by specs after steaming rings
- Clean and polish metal items and jewelry pieces
- Work extended hours if needed
