Join our Emergency Department! We’re excited to welcome entry-level and experienced LVTs for full-time and part-time positions on our talented team.
Schedule:
- Three 12-hour shifts (Full-time)
- Two 15-hour shifts (Full-time)
- Two 12-hour shifts (Part-time)
- Overnights
- Overnights: 8p – 8a (shift differential)
- Weekends and Holidays required
Compensation:
- $29 - $38 pending skills assessment leveling
- Shift Differential
- M-TH Overnights: Base + $6
- F-Su Overnight: Base + $10
Common Skills used within ER as an LVT:
- Venipuncture & IV catheter placement
- Triage & Assess patients/obtain vitals.
- Critical thinking
- Providing nursing care/monitoring to hospitalized patients.
- Anesthesia, Surgery prep, Patient recovery
- Running in-house lab testing & use of Cubex
- Filling prescriptions/Dispensing oral and iv medications.
- Drug administration.
- Radiographs
- Provide client education!
- ECG monitoring
- Advanced CPR
- RECOVER certification provided for all employees.
Advanced skills include (but are not limited to):
- Central lines
- Placing urinary catheters
- Placing nasogastric tubes
- Placing nasal cannulas
- Maintaining indwelling tubes (chest tube, feeding tube)
- Blood transfusions
