Barrière is seeking a Housekeeping Staff. 

Located on the shores of Paraga Beach, Fouquet’s Mykonos is the Barrière Group’s first venture in Greece. Blending Cycladic art, Mediterranean horizons and French refinement, this exceptional retreat harmonizes with its natural surroundings to offer 61 suites, 3 private villas, panoramic terraces, and pools. Complete with a rock-carved spa, the ROKA restaurant, and direct beach access, it delivers an intimate yet spectacular Mediterranean experience.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Oversee the organization and administrative management of the Housekeeping department. 

  • Ensure the quality of room service at the Hôtel Barrière Fouquet’s Paris. 

  • Ensure the success of operations and the fulfillment of service quality commitments. 

  • Adjust schedules based on business activity. 

  • Supervise, motivate, lead, plan, and oversee all Housekeeping staff. 

  • Ensure compliance with Barrière Group procedures and LQA standards. 

  • Serve as acting General Housekeeper in the General Housekeeper’s absence. 

  • Train and welcome new employees.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Are availability, reliability, and a commitment to service your strengths?

  • You might just be the talent we’re looking for!

  • You’re proficient in the Opéra software and fluent in English.

  • Your natural people skills, attention to detail, team spirit, hospitality experience, and strong customer focus are your strengths.

  • We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience as a Housekeeper in a 5-star hotel.

  • Your “Plus”? You have mastered the art of hospitality.

Additional Information

Starting date: ASAP  until mid-October. 

Job type: Seasonal.

Salary: 1600€ - 1750€ net / monthly.
