Barrière is seeking a Barman.

Located on the shores of Paraga Beach, Fouquet’s Mykonos is the Barrière Group’s first venture in Greece. Blending Cycladic art, Mediterranean horizons and French refinement, this exceptional retreat harmonizes with its natural surroundings to offer 61 suites, 3 private villas, panoramic terraces, and pools. Complete with a rock-carved spa, the ROKA restaurant, and direct beach access, it delivers an intimate yet spectacular Mediterranean experience. 

Job Description

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Ensure the quality of bar service and beverages served, in compliance with Barrière Group standards.

  • Craft cocktails with precision and flair.

  • Validate billing and verify your cash float.

  • Ensure strict compliance with all procedures regarding the opening and closing of the shift.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Do you handle a cocktail shaker with flair? Do you know a thousand and one cocktail recipes and wear a smile in any circumstance? If so, you are surely the talent we are looking for!

  • Your experience in the hospitality industry and your strong customer-centric mindset are your greatest assets.

  • Bilingual in Portuguese, with proficiency in English being highly appreciated to communicate effectively with both our local and tourist clientele.

Additional Information

Starting date: ASAP  until mid-October. 

Job type: Seasonal.

Salary: 1400€ - 1550€ net / monthly.
