Since 2012, we've grown from our roots on Island Krk, Croatia, to a fully remote team of more than thirty talented people working across the globe. Our hiring process looks like this:

  1. Pre-selection based on your application. We are interested in your experiences and your roles on specific projects, as well as your skills.
  2. Video exchange with HR.
  3. Selection test that includes some general inquiries relevant to every team and situational questions that are team-specific.
  4. Video exchange with the Team Lead, where you will present a deep dive into one of your projects. Take us through a project of your choice and show us who you collaborated with, the tools you used, and what particular challenges you faced.
  5. If we see you as a fit for our current needs, we welcome you to Afternow.
