Job Description

As an OSHC Permanent Educator, you’ll work in the Canning Vale area, where you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful, ongoing relationships with children, families, your team, and the wider school community. In this role, you’ll support the delivery of engaging before and after school care programs for primary school-aged children. From time to time, you may also have the opportunity to support nearby services across the region when additional assistance is needed.

Your weekly shifts will be across Monday to Friday:

  • Rise then Shine: 7:00am - 9:00am
  • Stay and Play: 2:30pm - 6:15pm
  • Holiday Program: additional hours available during school holidays, between 6:30am - 6:15pm

Qualifications

  • A genuine passion for working with children. 
  • A team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role 
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
  • State working-with-children check. 
  • Australian working rights.
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)  
  • WA First Qualified Educator - Have completed a relevant qualification to work as a First Qualified Educator in WA in accordance with ACECQA
