Passionate about working with primary school age children? Whether you’re an experienced Educator, have some babysitting experience, or are exploring a career in childcare for the first time, THIS is the role for you! 

Our OSHC service in Ellenbrook is looking for a dedicated qualified Educator to join our team in delivering fun and engaging programs for primary school children. This permanent part-time role guarantees a minimum of 22.5 hours per week - 2 hours in the morning and 2.5 hours in the afternoon Monday - Friday. There is also opportunities for extra hours during the school holidays.

About the Role 

Working alongside a supportive team, you’ll help create a welcoming and enriching environment for children aged 5-12 years old. Your role will include: 

  • Facilitating exciting, child-led activities, including STEM, sports, cooking, arts & crafts – whatever you and the kids love! 
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and the school community 
  • Collaborating with a team of skilled Educators to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging program 

You'll work split shifts Monday – Friday across the services opening hours of: 

Morning: 6:30am – 8:45am (Rise then Shine Program) 
Afternoon: 2:45pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program) 
School Holidays: 6:00am – 6:00pm (Holiday HQ Program) 

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For 

No formal experience? No problem! We’ll provide all the training you need. We’re looking for someone who: 
✔️ Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact 
✔️ Communicates clearly and confidently 
✔️ Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role 
✔️ Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check 

✔ National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding

✔️ Has Australian work rights
